My resolution(s) for 2015:

1. Incorporate playing Sudoku, brain games, or learning new language using Duolingo app 2. Watch at least 1 TED talk a week 3. Take at least 2 courses on Coursera app this year 4. Improve nutrition by increasing fibre & protein intake 5. Reduce consumption of junk processed food, sugar, sweets, micro waved food 6. Maintain or surpass fitness minutes of 2014 - begin weight lifting thrice a week, yoga twice a week 7. Weigh in & meditate daily.

    Those all sound like great resolutions! My New Year's resolution is to eat salad for lunch at least three times a week, cut out 90% of my sugar intake ( a girl's gotta have a little chocolate!) and do my Pilates 3 times a week. I will also clean at least one room of my house once a week. And doing the sudoku is a great one so one a day for me as well. Good luck with all of yours! emoticon
