Strength training

One of my goals in 2015 is to get in strength training. So far so good. I have to admit it is not my favorite thing, but I know it is so important. Again it is one day at a time, one rep at a time. I will get there. I just need to push on. emoticon emoticon

    ST used to be dreadful for me. Now that I can do things, I'm finding different things to try! It's fun to me...painful at times, but I know it's a good sore.

    I am the same way, I can do cardio all day, but I have a hard time incorporating weights into my plans. I have gotten in one day this year, but my goal is two days per week. It will be hard because I would rather run than do weights. emoticon
