2/1/2015 (32 Days into 90 day Challenge)

Here it is February already. I am part of Pixie's 90 Day Challenge. Part of that challenge is to take pictures or measurements of yourself every 30 days. I did take my measurements but decided to bite the bullet and do pictures also. In all honesty I was embarrassed by doing so because I've gained weight in the past year and a half instead of losing. Once I saw the pictures I started to delete them but decided it was the wake up call I needed. The motivation.
January, went well. I've upped my step per day by 2000 since the beginning of January. I have a long way to go before I get to 10,000 steps per day but I'm adding 500 steps every 3 days that I hit my goal. So, I will get there, little by little. I'm also doing wall push ups, step ups, ab work out and WATP.
I went the Dr. last week and all my labs came back great. A1C dropped from 7.1 to 6.5.. I also lost 10 pounds since November when I last saw her. She was thrilled with my results and so was I.
Now it is February and we are doing the 28 day bootcamp. I hope I'm able to do this but will modify when I must. It is also time to post pics again. I personally couldn't tell any difference but it just makes me more determined to make the most out of this short month. My hubby came in while I was taking the pics and asked what I was doing. I told him and he said he's proud of me and to keep up the good work. Maybe next month I'll let him take the pics. We'll see.

I love Pixie and I love this team. I have definitely found the determination and the belief in myself to get this done. I'm still working on my eating but have gotten so much better with the healthier choices. One choice, One step, one day at a time.
