Gotta be quick since I need to get to church.

Down to138 (depends which scale reading I believe- I wanted to confirm I was really in the next lower decade and the scale told me 137-139-138)

I've grown to be ok with veggies for breakfast, big salad for lunch & fruit, and veggies and starch for dinner with another fruit for after. I continue to be amazed that this isn't a daily struggle. I will admit to my moments of chip & guacamole eating, but I don't let it throw me off staying the course.

Having a great support group of other UWL participants is key. If you'd like a place to journal your food, it's as easy as snapping a picture on your phone. TwoGrand is a free app you can download and you have a photo history of all you meals. You can connect to others or not. Many of us on this plan have banded together. It's fun to get meal ideas by looking at someone else's meals.

Wendy from Healthy Girl's Kitchen has AJ's 3 free videos that give the crux of the program on her blog. Anyone highly motivated could make some serious headway just by watching them. This way of eating has turned my life and my body around!
