May was a good month for me over all. Trying to regain my perspective on my goals was important to me. So took some time off from SP and my TOPS group. Went and spent a wek with my sister in Soccorro NM. While there I learned a lot about balancing my nutrition with the right foods. When I got back I have continued this balancing act.
I lost 7.25 since I last weighed at TOPS which coiceided with my last weight in at the doctors office. My blood sugars are continuing to improve since my trip.
For June My goals are"
Lose another 3 lbs. Continue with my balancing my nutrition helping to keep my bs's under control. Get back out to walking Katie on a regular basis.
