Day 1 of 5% Summer challenge

I have put on 3 pounds since the end of the last challenge!
I have reset my tracker and aim to reach 155lbs by August 22nd.

I plan to do a yoga dvd every other day

Then either Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or Les Mills combat on the next day.
This week we are also aiming to drink 8 glasses of water each day.

So I have done my yoga exercise this morning. It is our village carnival today and there will a fair amount of walking also.
I have drank a pint of water after the yoga.
