Health Challenges

I have finally reached the below 200 lbs. mark. It has been a real struggle. It seems that I only think of posting on my blog when I having new health challenges which is truly a problem that I need to change. I need to celebrate my successes and not just growing through my health issues.
I am in the last stages of weaning off of morphine. At first there was a lot of sweating but that has subsided completely.
On the other hand, starting before the weaning of the morphine I have headaches I have pain in the back of my headache in two pressure points I asked my primary whether massage or chiropractor would bring relief but she wanted me to see this other doctor first. That will happen on the 16th. Before those headaches I have had sinus headaches last year during a CT scan they said I had sinusitis which was never addressed and now they are back full force. So the head has a party going on it and I am not celebrating. All of this makes it difficult to exercise. I am doing my neck exercises but I have not been consistent with the other strengthen and core exercises.

    Congrats on getting under 200! You must be doing something right. Take it from me, someone who is in constant pain from fibromyalgia. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! We can do this together! Keep pushing!
