Dust Off the DVD Challenge Days 5&6

A double entry for this DVD as it forms part of a rotating 21 day plan. I completed the activity for Days 1 and 2.

The DVD is one of Jessica Smith's 'Walk On' series and it is her '21 Day Weight Loss Plan'(2015).
There are 2 DVDs in the pack and 4 x 30min routines altogether. The aim is to do a fresh one on a 4 day cycle and take the 5th day as an 'active rest day'.

There is a 'Cardio Core' walk; 'Low Impact HIIT walk'; 'Tred and Shred (intervals and resistance) and 'Stride Stretch and Relax'.

Now I like the way Jessica Smith works and presents her material so this is a dust-free DVD.
I cheerfully follow along with Jessica's Mom but there is an opportunity to 'up' the energy/impact levels by following the more advanced option if I choose. The routines are achievable in the relatively small space of my office and the 30 minute time scale is enough to be challenging but not exhausting.

Definitely a keeper!
