Everybody makes mistakes. Last weekend I went to a Christmas party and blew my diet. I felt so bad I didn't enter anything for dinner on the nutrition page that day. The next day I got over it and got back on track. I am learning to take setbacks in stride. I think a positive attitude is more than half of the battle. For other holiday parties I have been invited to I will take a "Fit&Active weight loss shake" for my meal and maybe have a little treat after that. I am taking control of my life.
