I spent the last week of Dec 2015 reflecting on how far I came this year, new things I tried, what I learned, habits I acquired & habits I lost that didn't serve me well. This has brought me back with a renewed focus on how I want to take the year 2016 forward.
My intentions of 2016 are to REFLECT & turn my focus & attention inward to become a better person by developing these qualities: loving, compassionate, empathetic, patient, forgiving, listen more, judge less & be more mindful in the present moment.
In this journey, I want to use a few tools that I have come across. They will serve me well only if I USE them. Do check them out & see if they work as well for you too. And please share how you use them so maybe I can learn to use them better. If you use other tools that have helped you, please share that too!

I also intend / resolve / commit to develop & practice my own routine of Miracle Morning. So far in the last 10 years that I have tried to become an early riser, no other program has got me as pumped or fired up as this one has.
