Day Two of the Small Changes Challenge

Day 1 was easy; tell someone about your goals. Of course, I chose to tell Rhonda; she already knew some of it but shared with her my excitement about being back on SP, participating in a couple of SparkTeams, and the challenges available.
Day 2 is to exercise for at least 10 minutes. My newly found 11-minute chair exercise video will fit the bill nicely.
Off to the (exercise) chair!
