Day Four of the Small Changes Challenge

Still on track! Four whole days!
Have lots of motivation from Rhonda and my fellow Spark Team members. Down 11 pounds since 1/1, feeling good. Went down 8 steps today - steps are always hard for me - and I think it hurt just a little less.
On to day 5 tomorrow. Have a great night, everyone!
