Well after 3 nights of not being able to sleep, I actually slept last night for most of it. Today I made a 2 egg omelet with mushrooms, tomato's, onion, 1 oz roast beef, and a very little bit of colby cheese. It was so good. I tracked everything yesterday and have also done so far today. I just got back from walking my little dogs for half hour. It is very hard for me to walk due to my back and knees, but I did it. Now I have to rest and then I will do my physical therapy exercises. I have also found a few that I think i can do. I'm so excited to be back and focused.
