One more day

I'm still working on changing my eating habits. I've put down the food that I eat every day, while most days I I've stayed within my calories I've still eaten some things I shouldn't. I drink my water, but I haven't done my exercises everyday, as some days I'm in to much pain or just have no energy. I'm going to do this though, I know I can. Hugs to all of you going through the same problems I am, and thanks to all of you that are so encouraging.
