Back to the gym tonight.

After skipping the gym for over a week, I am heading back tonight. Got my gym bag in the car already. The move was a work out all by itself! I am still a little sore but I need to get back in the swing of things quickly. My diet has not been great this week to say the least. I definitely didn’t track my meals either. Didn’t meal plan, and have been eating fast food but not going overboard about it. Will probably hit up Costco tomorrow for my lunch fixings and meal prep items.

Good news is that I have finally started noticing a difference in the way my clothing fits. I haven’t lost a full size because in all honesty, I was already wearing a size too small. So now the clothes I have actually just fit. I have been wearing a pair of Old Navy jeans for over a year. The only reason I think I was able to fit them is because they were kind of stretchy. Usually, there is a slight struggle to put them on. Not a full fledge laying across the bed to zip, but definitely some tug of war that ended in a muffin top. Anyway, I put them on Monday with no tugging! A small victory indeed!
