feeling annoyed

I know i should be happy i lost 1 lb but i am so annoyed at my weight and the fact that i have done everything i am supposed to and then some and I only lost 1 pound annoys me. I have close to 100 lbs and i only lose 1 lb? i am drinking enough water, i am tracking and eating the right foods the right portions i am exercising and burning calories as I should be, I should be losing more than just 1 pound I'm not saying i expect 10 or 15 lb loss but at least in the 1st few weeks heavier people lose at least 5-6 lbs of water weight not at the same time. ugh emoticon emoticon emoticon

    It not all numbers. How do you feel? How do your clothes feel? How is your energy. Building muscle with exercise may not change the scale, but it will change you. Hang in there. 22 miles. You rock

    Sometimes when you don't lose weight you gain muscle. Don't worry about the scale as much as the measure. You've got this!!
