Day 4

It was a busy day so I didn't have time to eat a lot. I got in some stair climbing and walking. I think I'm doing pretty well still. Im just proud that I made it past the first day!

    I am also on day 4. It has been my least active day so far, but I also did stairs and walking. Excited to keep up the streak though. Keep it up! Even long time members take a day off every now and then. We did well, it just wasn't a big exercise day
