I've been neglecting Spark, but I haven't neglected my new lifestyle. That's how I think of this. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. And I've been doing well. I know I'll never lead the perfect, healthiest life, nor do I want to. I don't believe perfect exists. And I believe that everyone has their own version of healthy. So I live my own version of healthy. I don't record everything in a journal, I don't always remember to check my Spark app, I don't always count my calories or get in exercise...but I eat the best I can, watching my portion sizes, I indulge every now and then because I am human. My exercise? I'm so busy sometimes that my activities are considered as exercise. And as long as I'm losing weight, I say that's success and I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing. :)

    Perfect doesn't exist, that's for sure and you're right, we all have to find our own version of healthy and what works for us.
