So my 10 weeks on my weight loss program ended around the March 15. I haven’t been able to do the full body scan that I am supposed to do at the end of the 10 week program so I don’t know how much my muscle and fat percentage have actually changed. We did a VO2 test in the 9th week but I have not gotten the results explained to me. I do know that I have dropped 10 lbs. It is not as much as I would have liked but I am not upset that I haven’t lost more. That is about 1 lb. per week which is not horrible.
I am coming up on the end of the first quarter of the year. As I was planning out my resolutions in January, I decided that I would break the year down into quarters as a way to compare and motivate myself throughout the year. This week marks the end of the first quarter. As far as weight goes, I did not make goal as I wanted to lose 25 lbs. in the first quarter. My 2nd quarter goal was to lose 25 lbs as well. I think I will adjust that to 20 lbs. though. My next check in for my goals will be the last week and June and hopefully I will be down by the 20lbs (for a total of 30 lbs.) by June 30.
