Today is the first day I didn't feel like I was starving... YAY..... my belly seems to be getting used to be comfortable with smaller meals and I'm getting used to the feeling of being comfortable rather than stuffed.... It's a good feeling.
I've lost 3 lbs in the past two weeks and my student remarked that I was looking "skinnier". I laughed and told her she was "buttering" me up as she'd been off sick the last two days and she just laughed and said it was amazing what two days away from me would show...
I feel better, am feeling very motivated to continue and have started walking more again. I'd been struggling with dizziness but I"m trying very hard not to let that impact me too much. I'll be going to see the doctor next week to do a full blood panel but in the meantime, I'm being careful.
My 83 yr old mom is now living with us (moved in with us in Oct last year) and she has a recumbent bike that she gets her exercise on twice a day for 20 min. I decided to get on it this evening and do a half hour along with some abdominal and arm exercises. Feeling good about myself tonight and hoping this helps with my fibromyalgia pain. Exercise always seems to help.
