There is so much you can do about stress! Stress can only claim all your attention if you let it. Instead you can set it aside for a little while, postpone it indefinitely or outright ignore it. Or you can always shrink it by instantly by shifting your focus on what's definitely bigger: Life's joy!!

Have a wonderful week and ENJOY whatever life brings your way!!! Be sure to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you and give them a great big hug!!! We are never promised tomorrow and need to take advantage of every day!!!
