One week ago I challenged myself to make healthy food choices and to gradually increase my activity level. One reason for doing this is because I would like to increase my chances of living long enough to see my kids grow up. Another reason is that I have always been a UK size 8-10 and would like to return to my pre baby weight. my husband believes that I am being vain and should just accept the fact that a woman's body changes after having children. Is he right?
