Long time no see! This has been a long rough school year (excuses, excuses). I was put back in third grade and we had too many kids & not enough teachers. Same huge class I had while in 1st grade. 27 kids per teacher. Anyway, long story short, I stress ate junk food, worked long days (12hrs) and veered off my plan. So it's back to basics for me.
Vegetables for breakfast
Then whole starches if still hungry
Whole Veggies, starch and fruit (as a dessert) during the day in that order
No eating after 8:00 pm
No salt, sugar, or oil (no nuts/avocados until weight is down)
Do some sort of exercise 5 days a week: walk, CIZE or other DVD
So off to eat my veggies!
