Look Before You Leap

In the interest of full dietary disclosure, I entered my evening meal in my SparkPeople "nutrition" tracker. Really. .? A 10 piece order of chicken nuggets, a large fry and a side garden salad is, "Surprise, Surprise" a shocking calorie bomb of epic proportion.
That being said, it wad the best meal I ever ate with the King.
My idea was to perch those deep fried fowl fixens on my nice, cool, crisp lettuce and dress it with Ken's reduced fat honey balsamic dressing. And that is what I did. The barnyard real estate couldn't quite accommodate those taters so they were relegated to a side.
See, my calorie count didn't even allow for the dressing, and oh my yes....that little chocolate chip cookie I threw in for good measure. ...just to wrap things up properly.
A mere 1100 calorie dinner. Who knew I could go so far so fast?
It's back to the baked fish and brussels sprouts for me.
Breaking loose was fun and there's no looking back now, but I will be biking and working out the rest of the week. It's all damage control now and a better eye toward the perils of fast food emporiums.
