Day 1

I used to hate day 1 of my health streaks and then today realized just how excited I am as I start Day 1 of my next streak. The possibilities of my successes empowering me: good water intake, healthy breakfast and meals planned and movement (walk/swim/dance/gym/wii) each day...eureka!

Thank you pixie-licious for inspiring me to recognize the power of Day 1. :-)

    WTG lady !!! That's the attitude that will take you far on this journey. Remember this is a lifestyle change not a diet and you already know the steps to get there ..... baby steps, one at a time !!! They eventually just become your way of life ... You got this girl !!!
