Final BLC 32 Results

Today marks 7 weeks that I've been gluten/dairy free and the end of a 15 week round of the Biggest Loser Challenge. I was down more a couple days ago but woke up today with a gain (didn't get much sleep last night and Aunt Flo arrived). The diet was very successful at the beginning but has been tough lately with the holidays. I've had a sweet tooth lately that I need to bust.

My biggest accomplishment is that I kept to the fitness streak the whole round! This is working out at least 20 minutes for at least 5 days a week! I had some pretty tough weeks, especially lately but I pulled through! This is a first for me in my BLC history! And now for the stats:

Weight: 155.8 (down 3.4 lbs from diet start, 4.2 lbs from BLC start)
