Why I Exercise

I love doing Spark People video workouts!! They make me feel stronger and energized. I sleep better at night when I've had a good workout and also been up and active throughout the day. Moving is helping to keep my pain under control. On bad days I find something gentle to do like yoga which challenges me but is easier on my joints.
On a side note......drinking all that water is giving me a LOT of extra steps per day running to the ladies room!!! That's a plus ;-)
