Swim suit arrived, keeping on tracking

The athletic swim suit I ordered came, finally!
It FITS, though I don't really like the way the straps are on the back and the way the look on me, BUT it FITS, and that's all that matters.
I hope to start doing swimming at least once a week.

Yesterday was the weekly Tumamoc hike, and I felt like I did better on that hike than I have been recently.

I've not been doing great at my calorie levels, but I have been tracking every day, even the not pretty stuff, which is good. I can see how my calories really are over time, which motivates me to do better on that.

I have been continuing to do smoothies, with mostly fruit and also adding some oatmeal.

The zucchini plants are still alive, and are getting better. I hope to see flowers on all the plants soon!

We may be doing another garden plot this weekend, too!

Plan for the next week:

I'm going to make the cabbage soup again, perhaps with Turkey this time, to have for lunches. I will continue to make smoothies in the morning.
I will do the Wednesday hike + one other day of concerted exercise.
I will continue to track my food.
I will pay attention to drinking water.
I will eat more cabbage and vegetables in meals.

Overall, while I haven't weighed myself recently and I don't think I've lost any weight, I feel positive about making some steps in right direction.
