With 32 lbs less of me I have been noticing some changes. I had to order new bras recently, the first place I notice weight loss is always in my bust. I have a pair of pj pants that have been a little too tight so I haven't worn them in about a year, they now fit very comfortably. Two nights ago I tried on a pajama set that I hadn't worn in at least a year because they were too tight, now they fit perfectly. My favorite tshirt which was very snug on me but I wore it anyway because I love it is now roomier so I love it even more. Lol! My pants are a bit baggy in the rear. As of today I am near to what I last weighed in the summer of 2014. Woo hoo!!
I had forgotten how good it feels to lose weight, even if it is only a pound or two a week, it feels amazing.
My advice to my friends who are struggling, celebrate every pound you lose. So what if it's not 10 lbs a week or even a month. Give yourself a high five for every pound because you earned it. And, if you can keep pushing forward, the one pounds will add up before you realize it. Every loss is still a loss. It is still progress.
Stay the course, be mindful, believe in YOU.
