I'm having such a hard time trying to get back to eating right and walking. I can't find that same motivation that I had. It's really depressing me. I don't know how to fix it.

Do you remember what motivated you in the first place? It could be that your priorities have shifted. While a strong and healthy body is something we should all want on some level, the reasons are not always the same. Don't be upset with yourself if your reason for motivation has changed, and remember: everyone hits the fitness doldrums at some point. Often, we do so more than once. You aren't alone, and we're rooting for you.

It's really hard to stay motivated knowing the end goal may be weeks and week away! I get discouraged too when I see the scale move in small increments. I guess it's about what you want to achieve. Set a short term goal until u reach your desired wt.
