Rededicating Myself to my goals!

Ive been kind of lax this summer about my eating so now that vacation is over I have decided to get back to my good eating habits.And I also need to find a way to approach vacations by planning ahead on what tI am going to eat and sticking to it..Too many big meals and yummy snacks make it difficult to feel comfortable.
Exercise has been coming along very well and I never have 1o worry about getting it in.I miss it when I don't do it.
But now food that is a different story....it's always in your face and after all you do have to eat.it.
So starting tomorrow I am going to start writing down everything I eat! I have tried this before but always fail!!!!! I'm also going to try to do a little more Sparking each day.
I really want to lose about 10 or 15 lbs.And the time to start is NOW!
