Week 2, Phase 1, Day 4

Better morning today with the boys. They are off to school and no attitudes. I have lots of projects to be working on, but I keep forgetting all the ones I knew were important to complete this week. So I will have to get out the pen and paper to organize my thoughts and time.

I am still doing alright on the food plan. I am struggling with the 'munchies' in the evenings. I must be wired to want to mindlessly eat once the boys are in bed. I have not given in to the temptation and have been trying to think of something healthy I could munch on instead. Nothing has come to mind, so I have stayed out of the kitchen. Dark chocolate is part of the plan, and I have eaten some of that to get my sweets fix, but I make sure I keep to the portion allowed as well.

These are still going well. I still struggle with remembering to hold in my stomach at all times, but I am sure it will be a work in progress for sometime to come yet. It will be interesting to see what my measurements will be at the end of this week.

No exercise is required for today. Tomorrow I will be doing the Sexy Mama workout. I may just go out for a quick walk today, it is too nice to stay indoors all day today.

I weighed in again this morning because I want to weigh in daily and to see if the 3 pound loss from yesterday was still a real thing. It is a REAL thing! YEAH!! I am 190 pounds and I am so happy!! I am looking forward to more results to come.

    Now I've got to look up this sexy mama workout. I just did Leslie Sansone today. I try to shake up the boredom. We've got a really bad storm headed our way and I figure I'll be doing a lot of DVDs in the next few days.
