emoticon Had 3 servings of colorful fruits [Strawberries, Green grapes & Orange]
emoticon Had 2 servings of veggies/leafy greens [Tomato Chutney, Coriander-Curry leaf chutney]
emoticon Super foods - Moringa Leaf powder, Chia seeds, Fresh Turmeric
emoticon Read a book (fiction) for 10 mins
emoticon Went for a walk AND made a new friend at the park
emoticon Healthy snack - Puffed Amaranth, Popcorn with turmeric
emoticon For my sweet tooth - Dark Chocolate 75% 1 square only :)
emoticon Attended a music concert - music is food for the soul
emoticon Enjoyed company of friends / social circle

Now on to things that I feel I didn't do / can do better
emoticon Could've waken up earlier to meditate / visualize and do affirmations
emoticon Should've went to sleep as soon we reached home late after the music concert, instead stayed up for another hour
