7 Millet flour roti mixed with carrot & paneer w/ green tomato subzi
Rajgira (Amamranth flour) halwa
Water with turmeric & cinnamon

Things that I feel I did / ate that are good and positive
emoticon Woke up early
emoticon Had 6 servings of veggies
emoticon Prepped for Wednesday BF & Lunch
emoticon Managed kitchen duties in absence of MIL
emoticon Cleaned up even when I was dead exhausted on my feet
emoticon De-stressed by reading at night

Things that I feel I didn't do / can do better
emoticon Could've fit in a 10 min stretching workout to relax or a short meditation
emoticon Should've went to bed earlier rather than staying up at night and reading
