I was thinking since I am not eating very much meat maybe I should eat more protein.

Unfortunately most of the protein sources that I know about, like beans and nuts I need to limit also. Also, I don;t eat soy.

A cup of broccoli had 3 grams and I eat it almost everyday.

My research also pointed to quinoa: A cup of cooked quinoa serves up eight grams of protein. My grocery does not have it but maybe I can find a reasonable source.

    I like pumpkin seed and pea proteins, as whey and this body don't play well together. My daughter takes hers stirred into her oatmeal. I order them online.

    Protein powder for protein? Like whey protein. I use it to make all kinds of things, I don't just drink it.

    do you have Pinterest? they have fun suggestions for protein! I like nutritional yeast. Weird name but adds a cheesy flavor. You can find it in most health food stores
