Today I am going to make a Clafoutis. It is a French Tart, I make it without the crust and use 4 eggs instead of 3. I am going to pour the batter into the dish and top with drained cherries.

I need to make more coleslaw to make the salads more interesting.

I weighed the other day and I had lost a pound, but I can tell that my clothes are getting a lot looser.

    Please tell me more about Clafoutis.

    I made a slaw today I am calling Granny Slaw (5 netcarbs/cup)--1/2 lb shredded cabbage, 1 Granny Smith apple diced small, 1 oz pepitas. THe dressing 1/2 C Fage plain yogurt, 1/2 C heavy cream, 1 TB apple cider vinegar. A bit higher carb then my usual slaw, but I needed a change.
