2018 Spring 5% Challenge - Blog #1

Here we are starting the 8th week of the challenge. I have been successful in progressing towards my goal this challenge. We have been doing lots of vegan meals so I think that has made a big difference. The meals are generally tasty but need to add lots of seasoning or spice to make them interesting. Also seems to take more time in preparing meals and shopping for groceries. Alls good though since I've lost about 8 or 9 pounds.
