Why I’m Doing the in-between Challenge

The in-between Challenge is so important to me because without it I would be tempted to take a break from tracking, weighing, healthy foods, etc. I would go on a wild eating spree with the excuse that I deserved it for being so good for 8 weeks!
I might even slow down my exercise attributing it to being too tired, not having enough time, or being too busy.
How do I know this? Because it has happened to me in the past. The minute I don’t have to be accountable, In my mind it’s party time. And party time means: lots of chocolate, pie for breakfast, pizza, pizza, and more pizza with wings on the side, cannolis for snack (at least 2 large), chocolate malt milkshakes and never a fruit in sight.
Would that happen now?
! That is why I’m do the in-between Challenge! I may eat some of those foods but in much smaller amounts. And I will keep practicing those healthy habits until the next Challenge begins.
