Welcome to the team! Glad you got your mind on board and decided to do something to make yourself healthier! I think THAT is the hardest part. Finally saying to yourself, it is time, I have had enough. I am going to do whatever it takes. I wish you healthy new habits as you set aside old bad ones!!! Just a few things that I suggest Do the New Member Challenge. It will help you learn about the Spark site to find its potential. Next, do the Small Changes Challenge. It helps you focus in on changes and habits that might work for you. They were both very helpful Challenges for me. They are good for new or renewing Sparkers. Also, remember, it took awhile to get where you are. it will take awhile to unget there. Small steps lead to big changes! Don't give up! Keep going! There is support here at Spark. Those are things I say when anyone asks for advice. I sometimes go back and rejoin those challenges as a reminder/help to stay on track or get back on track if I fell off and am having a tough time getting back!
