To be continued when I think of more ;-)

Just a note...all my meals are low in saturated fat. I used 96% lean beef and olive oil for my frying. I used to not eat tacos and sloppy joes because of the extra fat but not they work just fine. I even get a few tortilla chips on my salad. That makes me happy.
Also, I can't have gluten so that knocks out LOTS of easy meals. I usually have a pot of rice and veggie risotto in the fridge or pots of soup. Love that stuff!

    Good ideas, thank you. We use ground turkey cooked in extra light virgin oil for our tacos and it works for us. We use brown rice and always have extra to use with stir-fry, etc.
