The scale

Despite exercise and eating right my scale seems to be perpetually stuck on the same number. Thankfully I use more than just the scale to Gage my success. My clothes are looser, I have more energy and endurance and I'm down a percentage of body day. These things show I'm making progress even if the scale hadn't moved an ounce recently.

    I've been counting calories faithfully all week and the scale dipped down and then jumped back up. Though I feel it in my body that my back, face & neck are for sure slimmer. Feel the improvements! We got this emoticon
