Some days when the scale is stubbornly refusing to go down it can feel like all my hard work is for naught, but then I look back to where I was versus where I am now. Since October I have lost 20 pounds and 9 inches. My clothes are looser and I can go more miles per hour on my treadmill. I am making progress even if some days the scale doesn't reflect that.
