This is my first journal entry: I have never used a journal before.

Sunday, July 15, 2007

Today it is very hot again. I don't feel like eating anything but I know I must.
Breakfast: 1 slim fast meal bar choclate chip.

Lunch: 4 baby raw carrots & half a glass of milk.

Dinner: Large toss green salad with a cut up med. tomato.
12 oz. glass of Diet Pepsi.

Snack : 1 orange.

    Hi, I just read this blog and you need to eat a lot more than this . You are not getting the proper nutrition with no protein,dairy and little carbs. There is very low calories in this also and as much as we think if we cut way back we will lose more it doesn't work that way. Your body goes into a starve mode and holds on to your fat. You start losing muscle instead which is not good. There are some great site on Sparks that give you eating programs you might want to check into. I sure hope this helps .Pat from Delaware
