I made a mini scrap book of quotes that I found inspiring as well as pictures of clothes I would like to wear and things I would like to do once the weight is gone and this was one of them (in fact this is over if my favorites). I look at this little book every time I feel like giving in or I have a slip or my motivational tank is on E and it helps me push past these moments and keep chugging along towards my weight loss goals.
