Weight Loss Update

Losing weight is a true struggle. Everyday someone around you is saying oh this food is so delicious.....lime temptation is right in front of me you know? Its difficult to eat healthy and everyone else is eating delicious. I know that being overweight isn’t healthy. I just don’t have that motivation. Please help me with ideas on where to start and stay motivated.

    A lot of weight loss begins in the head. Change your mind and you change your body. Plus you have to do what works for you. Check out the youtube channel by a young Mom Jess called Keto Rewind. She started at 307lbs. in Feb 2019 and is down 96 pounds so far. I am finding her journey very inspiring. My personal advice is to drink your water, drop the carbs and sugar really low, walk in place while watching TV. Good Luck.

    I have wanted to lose weight for years and years. I had plenty of motivation just no follow through. I recently got one of the more affordable fitbit watches and it keeps me going! Just a thought and good luck on your journey. You can do this!!
