Goals -Believe and Achieve

My 2019 Goals:
*Daily Devotionals ( today is day 114)
*Complete my circles on my watch ( move, exercise and stand goal)
* Exercise at least 30 minutes a day ( today is day 422 yah me!)
* Spark daily ( on day 318)
* Water 1st ( before everything)
*Be mindful of the moment
*Track nutrition and stay in calorie range ( 5 days minimum)
* Meditate/breathe and read before bedtime
* Lose at least 4 pounds a month
*Get into onderland and stay
My weakest goal is the nutrition tracking and staying in calorie range.
I got this though! I have accomplished some of these goals and now made them daily habits.
Mind over Matter!
