2018 in review, 2019 plans

This year started slowly with lots of frustration over not losing any weight. Sticking to the plan and seeing no results was almost a ticket to giving up. But In August I gave up all sugar and alcohol and amazingly the weight started coming off. Since August I have lost 20 pounds and 2 inches overall. It is depressing at times when i really want to have something like candy or cheesecake but hopefully those cravings will go away. With Gary joining in the game it may be easier since we won't be tempting each other with eating out and buffets.
The plan for 2019 is to find a relaxation method that will finally help with all my stress. So far that has eluded me and I feel it in my back, neck and shoulders along with constant headaches so it is something that needs to be addressed.
