12/31/2018 2019 Goal #3

Goal #3 is to exercise more. I am just doing the very minimum to maintain. I need to kick it up a notch! I am tired of just maintaining and losing and gaining the same pounds. I want to release the extra poundage to the universe! So I will start out doing some easy exercises for me as right now I can't stand in one place for very long. There are some great chair exercises on here. Also I will be using my treadmill more for longer. I want to be able to walk a mile without having to stop and catch my breath. There is a block that is one mile and that's my goal to walk it without stopping in under 30 minutes at least by the end of 2019.

Break out
January ~ Treadmill everyday starting 5 minutes or 1/4 mile. Do wall push ups 2 sets of 20. Pick a chair exercise each day to do.

February ~ Treadmill every day at least 10 minutes or 1/2 mile. Wall push ups 2 sets of 30
Pick 2 chair exercises each day to do.

March ~ Treadmill every day at least 15 minutes or 3/4 mile. Wall push ups 2 sets of 40.
Pick 3 chair exercises each day to do.

At the End of March I will revise my Exercise Goal because I will be in better shape and will need to change it I am sure. I will put it one my calendar now to check and revise Goal #3.

I need to do this as I am not living my life to the fullest as this extra weight and belly keeps me from it. It's time to get fit!
