This quote resonates with me today and I can use all the motivation I can get since insomnia has reared its ugly head again. I've only been averaging 4-5 hours a night for the past week or so. You would think being as exhausted as I am sleep would come easy but for whatever reason the second my head hits that pillow I'm wide awake. I've tried sleep sounds, relaxation meditations and things like lavender oil and chamomile tea with limited success. Hopefully I find my ability to sleep again soon. It's hard to stay on task and find the motivation to exercise when I'm tired.
