My 2019 Goals Review 2/1/19

My 2019 Goals:
*Complete my circles on my watch ( move, exercise and stand goal)
* Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
* Spark daily
* Water 1st ( before everything)
but need to drink more
*Be mindful of the moment -
need to work on this
*Track nutrition and stay in calorie range ( 5 days minimum)
* Meditate/breathe and read before bedtime
* Lose at least 4 pounds a month
Actually lost 8 Pounds this month!!!!
*Get into onderland and stay -Working on it!
My weakest goal is the nutrition tracking and staying in calorie range.
I got this though! I have accomplished some of these goals and now made them daily habits.
I been tracking and staying in range since 1/14/19 When I started One3one Method with Chalene Johnson.
I love this intermittent fasting. I am not hungry in the morning and don't eat until lunch time.
I actually got this! Something just clicked in my brain to push me to move forward.
